I wanted to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful experience. I remember two years ago when we met and I gave you my deposit and set a date to have my hair replaced. All I could think of - was people in hospital beds while visualizing this procedure. I cancelled as the time became close. Two years later, I got up enough nerve to make another appointment. Up to the day before my surgery I kept myself too busy to try and even think about. The night before I could hardly sleep, wondering how painful this procedure might be and two, if these people do this on a daily basis, maybe they might be sterile and impersonal like most hospitals seem to be (overworked and understaffed).
All I can say is Thank you...you were very helpful in making me feel a lot more comfortable about the procedure, and I felt very informed before letting my imagination visualize what I think might happen. Dr. Mayer is the best. I will never go to anyone else. What a kind and caring Doctor who really makes you feel good. After spending sometime with him, my whole attitude toward the procedure changed. I spent the rest of the day with Alice and Judy. Earlier when they told me I was going to be in the room from about 7am to 5pm, I couldn't imagine being uncomfortable for this long of a period. I was completely wrong. I had such great conversations with Alice and Judy; I thought we were good friends before the day ended. It's amazing what an imagination can dream up. I was wrong about everything. It was a great experience, having hair on looks great, and I look forward to thanking everyone personally.
