My procedure has just been completed, and I anxiously await the outcome, but for the purpose of this letter, the outcome is far from importance. Any results achieved will be as a result of the outstanding professionalism demonstrated by your crew, afforded by your accommodations and of course the role of the supreme powers who will follow up where your crew ended.
For now, I wish for you to appreciate the services I had received starting with Jim, who obviously provides his self experience which lays the strongest of foundations for those of us who may be skeptical at the initial point of considering this procedure. His straight forward, honest, highly professional, matter of fact presentation of your program was sufficient for me to make my decision to proceed, during the same day when I had a change to learn about the program.
Doctor Melvin Mayer is of the highest quality, professionally, and in dealing with what his role is in the process of projecting his experience onto the canvas, if you will, of the customers head. He instills nothing short of absolute confidence in his ability to perform the work, but also to provide the service with an understanding of the customer's individual idiosyncrasies and anticipated results. His people skills are unsurpassable.
I sincerely hope that with this positive input, this will only reaffirm the pride you must have in the people who operate at the Las Vegas facility, as well as the San Diego operation.
