Please allow me the opportunity to share my experience I had with the MHR facility in Philadelphia.
Since I had my first hair transplant procedure in January 2004, I was pleased with the results as well as the service. I now wanted a second procedure to add density to the progress that was already apparent. And although this second procedure was done by a totally different staff than my first, the service this time was exceptional.
I felt compelled to let upper management know my wonderful experience. From the secretary Susan, to the Medical Technicians Liz, Freda, April and Jessica, as well as Dr. Luke, I felt as if I was a very important/famous person. As I entered the office until the end of my procedure, all were treating me as I was the most important person in the world. "Tony the Tiger" said it best.my second procedure was GREEEEEEAT!!!
On my subsequent visits for the hair wash and suture removals, I was even more delighted to hear that Jessica has since been promoted. Jessica stood out the most with her knowledge, service and hands on approach during this second procedure. Kudos for Dr. Luke as he clearly recognizes the awesome potential of Jessica. she is a valuable asset to this company. So thanks again MHR at the City Ave. office for making this ordinary guy feel like a "star".
