"I was losing hair in the widow's peak area. I think most women don't want to acknowledge it and they're afraid. I kept thinking, 'No, that couldn't be!' I tried some other things and they didn't work. When I came out of the water or I was jogging, I didn't want to worry if the wind was blowing or whether anyone was looking at some places up there that just didn't have hair. I'm a surgical technician so it made perfect sense to me to take hair from one area of the scalp and place it in another. It's permanent. It's forever. It continues to grow. And you don't lose that hair that's transplanted.
I love my hair the way it is now. I'm excited about being able to wear in in the different styles that are now available to me. And it gives you freedom. I can just shampoo my hair, blow it dry and go. Before i had to try to work around the baldness. I think life is about looking good and feeling good about yourself. This procedure has given me the self confidence that I need to continue my busy lifestyle."
